These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph80 ("ph80," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph80 online gaming platform, accessible at ph80.club and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on ph80, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of ph80 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of ph80 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. ph80 will request proof of age during identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. If ph80 discovers that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned where possible, and any winnings will be forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform. ph80's license from PAGCOR authorizes operation within Philippine territory only. Players accessing ph80 from outside the Philippines do so in breach of these Terms and at their own legal risk.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent Philippine court are not eligible to use ph80.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by ph80 or by PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to create a new ph80 account.

ph80 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

3.1 Single Account. Each individual person may hold only one (1) active account on ph80. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ph80 account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph80 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ph80 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ph80 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). As required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines, ph80 will request identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or Voter's ID) — before processing any withdrawal from your account. ph80 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

3.5 No Transfers. ph80 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your ph80 account or any funds or entitlements associated with it to any other person.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph80 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph80 account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the sending bank's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. ph80 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business hours. ph80 does not apply withdrawal fees on standard transactions from verified accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification in accordance with Section 3.4. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — ph80 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Currency. ph80 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. Any transactions involving foreign currency conversion are solely the responsibility of the Player's payment provider. ph80 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment services.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ph80 is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. ph80 may delay or refuse transactions that exhibit characteristics of money laundering, and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5.1 General. ph80 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your ph80 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to fulfill wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph80 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (e.g., low-volatility even-money bets on restricted games); placing offsetting bets with another player or account; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated winnings may be voided.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility. ph80 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including restricting promotions to specific player segments, account activity levels, or geographic regions within the Philippines.

6.1 RNG Certification. All casino games offered on ph80 — including slots, table games, video poker, and specialty games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. This certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by ph80 or any third party.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on ph80 use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained live dealers and broadcast in real-time via HD video stream. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events and are not subject to RNG manipulation. Live dealer game studios are independently audited for fairness and procedure compliance.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the affected game round will be voided and any wagers placed will be returned to the Player's account balance. ph80 shall not be liable for any losses — including potential winnings — arising from a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or server error. The determination of whether a malfunction occurred rests solely with ph80, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

6.4 Game Rules. Each game available on ph80 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money.

ph80 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified ph80 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you may lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts and automatic session end times to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from ph80. Self-exclusions of 6 months or longer are reported to PAGCOR's national exclusion registry where applicable. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph80 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one (1) account per individual person.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law.
• Attempting to defraud ph80 or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Accessing the Platform from outside the Republic of the Philippines in violation of Section 2.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph80 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying technology of the Platform.

9.1 ph80's Right to Suspend. ph80 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph80 reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent or money laundering activity; (c) you are no longer eligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued operation of your account would constitute a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to regulatory compliance.

9.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, ph80 will process a final audit of your account activity. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms by you, ph80 may void all or part of your balance. Where termination is initiated by ph80 without cause on your part, verified balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ph80 account at any time by contacting ph80 support via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any pending transactions, ph80 will process the closure and return your verified balance to your registered payment method.

All content on the ph80 Platform — including but not limited to the ph80 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of ph80 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph80 content without prior written authorization from ph80.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph80's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph80 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 ph80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ph80 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 ph80 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph80 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, or third-party payment processing delays.

ph80's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by ph80's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. ph80 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.2 Regulatory Oversight. ph80 operates under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with ph80's support team may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

13.3 Dispute Process. Before escalating any dispute to an external authority, you must first contact ph80 support via live chat and allow ph80 a reasonable opportunity — not less than ten (10) business days — to investigate and respond to your complaint. ph80 will acknowledge all written complaints within two (2) business days.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved through the processes described above shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines.

ph80 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph80 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph80 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
